A lot of the work happens at the office.

The picture above on the left is Whitney Smiarowski, who after obtaining her college degree with a Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies went on to advanced training and receipt of a paralegal certificate. She brings an attention for detail and a fierce work ethic to helping our attorneys obtain great results for our clients.

Many of our cases involve medical issues. To the left in the lower picture is Medical Analyst Sandra Hull, R.N., who practiced as a high risk obstetrical nurse at prestigious facilities such as the Kansas University Medical Center before joining the legal field. She now works with medical experts to obtain the proper literature, record review and analysis in helping our clients answer their important questions.

And to avoid the courtroom, we engage in ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolution - in many if not most of our cases. Mediations are structured settlement conferences with a neutral third-party. Often, the views of a neutral allow antagonists to reach agreement.
